In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $65 fine with a $9.75 surcharge was entered against Lauren Marie Schulte of Jefferson on a charge of disorderly conduct. Court costs were $60.
Christopher Wade Lindaman of Jefferson was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of disorderly conduct, amended from assault. He must pay up to $300 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $60 court costs.
Brooke Renae Venteicher of Jefferson was granted a deferred judgment on a charge of disorderly conduct, amended from domestic abuse assault. She was placed on probation to the county sheriff’s office for one year. She must pay a $105 civil penalty and $55 court costs.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Jon Mitchell Bushman of Scranton, disorderly conduct; Justin Venteicher of Jefferson, disorderly conduct; Jamie Allen Day of Perry, disorderly conduct; and Jacob Kenneth Hartman of Jefferson, criminal mischief- fifth degree, and in a separate case, domestic abuse assault- first offense.
